Itay Epshtain participated in the International Association of Professionals in Humanitarian Assistance and Protection (PHAP) Workshop on Fact-finding, Monitoring, and Reporting in Armed Conflict, during March 2019.
This workshop is designed to enhance the capacity of humanitarian practitioners to more effectively conduct – or contribute to – fact-finding, monitoring, and reporting of allegations of violations of international law during armed conflict.
