International Institute of Humanitarian Law Course for Directors and Instructors of Training Programmes in IHL

Itay Epshtain completed the International Institute of Humanitarian Law Course for Directors and Instructors of Training Programmes in IHL, designed for military officers and military lawyers teaching LoAC and others responsible for planning LoAC education. 

The aim of the Course was to enable participants to analyse needs, define the objectives, develop the teaching programmes and integrate them in those of the continuous education of the different categories of personnel within armed forces.
